Ask a city anything.

A reusable spatial-AI platform built for a global advisory practice: planners load any city's parcel data, explore about a million parcels on a live map, and question it in plain language. A guarded, read-only AI agent writes the query, highlights the answer on the map, and explains itself — working fully offline, down to a local model when the internet disappears.

A sales and operations platform for a Dubai property developer: a multi-tenant CRM, an interactive show-suite app, and a public investor page — all reading and writing one database. A unit sold in the CRM flips to sold on the tablet in the same second; new leads route themselves to the right salesperson; investor-ready offer documents generate from live payment plans in seconds.
